Freight Delivery Details

  • Threshold: Carrier brings item to your doorstep or first dry area (garage). You move inside and assemble.

  • White glove: Item brought into room of choice, packaging removed, and basic assembly included (bed frame, nightstand legs). Mattress is simply placed.

Tracking & Appointment
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number. The freight carrier will call to schedule a 4‑hour delivery window. Missed appointments may incur a re‑delivery fee.

Restrictions

  • USA only (including Alaska, Hawaii – surcharges apply, calculated at checkout)

  • No P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or US territories (Guam, PR, etc.)

  • Remote addresses may have limited service.

Undeliverable Packages
If returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or multiple missed appointments, you pay return freight ($75‑200) plus re‑shipping fee.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Damaged: Refuse delivery or note on receipt + photos within 48 hours.

  • Missing parts: Contact us – free replacements within 7 days.
