Return & Exchange Policy

Mattress – Sleep Trial

  • 100‑night trial: You may return a mattress within 100 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding any shipping fees).

  • Mattress must be clean, free of stains, odors, or damage.

  • We arrange free pickup for mattress returns. No restocking fee.

Bed & Nightstand – 30‑Day Return

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unassembled, in original boxes, with all parts and hardware. Assembled furniture cannot be returned unless defective.

  • You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees non‑refundable. Restocking fee (15%) may apply – stated at checkout.

Defective or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund fully. For missing parts, we ship replacements free.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer service with order number and reason.

  2. We provide return instructions (freight pickup for large items).

  3. After inspection, new item ships within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timing
5–10 business days after we receive the return.
