Q2: What materials are your beds?
Solid wood (pine, rubberwood, oak), engineered wood (MDF) with laminate, or metal frames. Headboard styles: panel, slat, upholstered.
Q3: Do beds require assembly?
Yes – most beds come flat‑packed. Assembly time: 30‑60 minutes. Tools and instructions included. Some headboards are pre‑assembled.
Q4: Are bed frames compatible with adjustable bases?
Most standard frames are not adjustable‑base compatible unless specified. Check product page.
Mattress
Q5: What types of mattresses?
Memory foam, hybrid (foam + innerspring), and latex. Firmness levels: soft, medium, firm.
Q6: How does the 100‑night trial work?
Sleep on it for at least 30 nights. If not satisfied, contact us within 100 days. We arrange free pickup and full refund.
Q7: What warranty do you offer?
10‑year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (sagging >1", foam deterioration). Does not cover normal wear or stains.
Nightstand
Q8: What sizes?
Typical width: 18"‑24", depth: 16"‑20", height: 22"‑28". Drawer or shelf options.
Q9: Do nightstands require assembly?
Yes – simple assembly. Tools included.

Q10: Shipping cost?
Free threshold delivery on all beds, mattresses, and nightstands. Expedited not available for large items.
Q11: Processing time?
1‑2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Q12: Tracking?
Freight carrier calls to schedule delivery. Tracking number provided.
Q13: Cancel order?
Contact us within 6 hours of placing order. Once prepared for shipment, cancellation not possible.
Q14: Ship outside USA?
No – only US addresses (including Alaska, Hawaii; remote surcharges may apply). No P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or territories.
Q15: Damaged item?
Photos within 48 hours. For freight, note on delivery receipt.
